By accessing and using the Sanskar Fusion website and participating in Paropkar Utsav - Ganeshmahotsav 2025, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. About Sanskar Fusion

Sanskar Fusion is an NGO dedicated to organizing Paropkar Utsav - Ganeshmahotsav 2025, a 5-day cultural and religious program celebrating Ganesh Utsav. Our mission is guided by the principles of Satya (Truth), Taap (Devotion), Daya (Compassion), and Daan (Charity).

3. Event Participation

Participation in Paropkar Utsav events is subject to the following:

• All participants must respect the cultural and religious nature of the festival
• Ganesh Mandals and communities are welcome to register and participate
• Participants must follow all safety guidelines and event protocols
• The organization reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone

5. Sponsorship Terms

Sponsorship opportunities are available at different levels:

• Title Sponsor: ₹3,50,000 with exclusive benefits
• Powered By Sponsor: ₹1,75,000 with promotional benefits
• Associate Sponsor: ₹75,000 with marketing benefits
• Sponsor: ₹50,000 with digital promotion benefits

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images related to Paropkar Utsav, is the property of Sanskar Fusion and is protected by copyright laws.

7. Event Liability

Sanskar Fusion strives to organize safe and meaningful events. However, participants attend events at their own risk. We are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage during festival activities.

8. Code of Conduct

All participants must:

• Respect the religious and cultural significance of Ganesh Utsav
• Maintain harmony and brotherhood among all communities
• Follow the principles of Satya, Taap, Daya, and Daan
• Cooperate with event organizers and volunteers
